Has Moola 4 Books received my order?

FedEx normally has a delivery time of less than one week. The US Post Office takes 1-2 weeks. Please choose the FedEx shipping method if your order contains a minimum value of $40.00 to receive free tracking, free insurance, and a faster delivery.

We will send out a 'received' email notification as soon as your shipment is inspected.

Shipments from Hawaii, Alaska or APO's may take up to 20 days in some cases when using the Post Office.

When we receive and inspect your shipment you will receive an automated email from us.

When is my payment issued once you receive the books?

All payments are normally made within 1 Business Day of us inspecting your order. All orders are inspected in the order that they arrive to our docks.

During busy periods sometimes a brief delay can be expected. We have a great team that works very hard to process every order as fast as possible. Moola 4 Books business hours are

9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

How will I ship my books to Moola4Books.com?

Shipping is always FREE with our pre-paid mailing label that you print right from your computer.

If you do not have a printer, try using a friend or family members printer. You can submit a "USPS Label Request", but please note that it will take several days for the label to arrive in the mail. Further instructions on FedEx or the US Post Office are provided after you submit your books to be sold.

I've entered several ISBNs. Why are you not buying some books?

We buy a very wide variety of books. However, most of the books we purchase have a publication date of 2008-09 or newer.

What we buy can change day by day or week by week depending on several factors including changing resale values, our current inventory, and demand.
